Who We Are

Tracey Hodgkins
The Australian Experiential Learning Centre is a privately owned social venture created by Tracey Hodgkins, Telstra WA 2005 Business Woman of the Year. Tracey initially developed the AELC as a means of bridging the gap between university and the workplace for young professionals. That mission has since expanded to include a range of other groups including entrepreneurs, not for profits and those interested in personal development.

All the programs have an experiential learning methodology and have won multiple awards for their innovative methods and superb results.

Programs are carefully designed and created to achieve maximum results in a cost effective manner. As a social venture our primary interest is in developing the individuals for the benefit of their industry and the wider community. Many of our programs are not for profit and involve volunteers and others interested in creating value for those around them.
