Experiential Program by AELC Methodology
The AELC methodology is based on the principles of adult learning with participants required to be self-directed and initiate their own learning, while being strongly supported and mentored by staff and mentors.
Approach Participants engage in a variety of innovative learning activities such as:
- applied industry projects
- custom designed experiences around particular skill sets
- creative product design.
Participants are then:
- group oriented
- trained to achieve both professional and personal development goals
- evaluated against a set of individual and project outcomes.
