Tailored programs for corporations and higher education institutions

The key to the success of the AELC’s Experiential Program is :
“Participants have a creative learning experience within a safe and supported environment”

The AELC learning methodology requires participants to be self-directed and initiate their own learning, while being strongly supported by staff and mentors.  Participants engage in a variety of innovative learning activities designed to achieve both professional and personal development goals.

A key element to the methodology’s success is that participants have a creative learning experience within a safe and supported environment.
