A Vision Of Aged Care In The Future

Have you ever thought about how you want to live when you are ninety?

Dr Penny Flett was asked about her vision for aged care in the future. As the head of Brightwater Care Group and the Chair of the WA Aged Care Advisory Council, she is well qualified to comment.

Dr Penny Flett was the 1998 Telstra Australian Business Woman of the Year and is a champion for people of all ages who need a high level of ongoing support and service. She is convinced that achieving successful ageing in our society in the next few decades must begin now, with strong and innovative leadership. She has contributed to many government and non-government Boards and associations, in order to support good planning, service excellence, and inclusion of all affected by the ageing of our society.

This video was taken from a presentation made by Dr Flett at the AELC Entrepreneurs Club where she shared her story of Intrapreneurship, making valuable change within the industries caring for people of all ages who need a high level of ongoing support and service.

What if Kwinana Had A Disaster?
