Our work assists our clients in discovering, achieving, and progressing in the career they desire. We work with and deliver programs for corporations, educational institutions, government bodies, not-for-profit organisations, professionals, and students all over the world.
AELC base all their programs on their unique Experiential Learning Methodology. Resulting in AELC winning multiple awards for innovative programs that achieve superb results.

OUR EXPERIENTIAL LEARNING METHODOLOGY
Experiential education is a philosophy and methodology in which educators purposefully engage with learners in direct experience and focused reflection in order to increase knowledge, develop skills and clarify values. Resulting in meaningful and long-lasting learning.
AELC’s trademark programs use the experiential education methodology to engage participants in a holistic way. We facilitate learning that reflects the needs of the participants and the environment in which they work, resulting in programs that are engaging, challenging, and unique. Our programs provide real outcomes for participants, which is the underlying component of AELC’s success.
